"How would I do that?"
"You could edit the code."
"How do I do that?"
"You go into format."
"Where is that?"
"Top left..."
"Then what?"
"Click on code..."
"Where is that?"
"Dude, right there."
"Now what?"
I'm never helping my dad do anything with technology in any form any more. I was at my pop's with my lil bro, and my dad had me "help" him fix some "minor problems" and it took like 4 days, i swear. my lil bro was cracking up the whole time because my dad is so stupid sometimes he doesnt even use his eyes correctly, or rather, he doesnt even try. I was reading last night, and I thought a little about my "purpose". Of course I didn't really reach any descent conclusions, I'm not neer bright enough to actually even consider things like "purpose" but i enjoy trying from time to time. Anyway I thought about whether our purpose is really so simple as to find a mate, in the alien species we so appropriately call the OPPOSITE sex, make some babies, raise them until they can raise themselves and have thier own babies, and then just die. But then I thought about all that other shit we do. We try to progress ourselves within our society, or try to come up with some great ideas, or things, that support our species, or in many other ways, try to make our lives meaningful. There's a scene in Ocean's Twelve that I really like a lot. It's a flash back of Rusty's (Brad Pitt's) and (Catherine Z.J.'s) relationship, and for a brief moment, they are dancing in a night club, that has only a red lighting, and they are slow dancing, while everyone else is doing the usual "club dancing" that they do in movies. I love it, cus they are in love. I think it would be great to travel to another country, and find love there. that'd be awesome bra. Anyway, this makes me think that maybe our meaning is based soley on what we define meaning as ourselves. If I wish to be a father worthy of wonderful children, maybe that is my only real purpose. maybe if you wanted to cure some major disease, that is YOUR purpose, and of course if you achieve your purpose it means much more to our species. then I thought "what if...?" what if you dont achieve your purpose, what you desire to be/do? does that mean you do not have no purpose? THAT would be a real tragedy... i must sound like an idiot who thinks i know what im talking about. trust me, i DONT think i know what im talking about! lol
